Authentication in MSDE 2000

Hi,

I have questions as below :

1. How to remove windows Authentication mode in MSDE 2000?
2. How to run the SQL Agent in MSDE 2000 without using Windows
authentication, but using SQL Authentication.

The technical environments are as follow:
• Database version : MSDE 2000 SP4
• Operating System : Windows XP Pro SP2
• Database Transaction log file : *.ldf (files with extension .ldf)
