I have no idea how to export only those registry entries that were made
by MSDE installer, to compare those from Vista with those from XP.
The MSI engine on Vista is (AFAIK) different from the one on XP, so
even knowing the registry differences may not help (there may not
even be any differences, but different interpretation of those
entries between different MSI engines).

Thank you anyway for this idea. Maybe I'll find something in the registry.
