setup failed to configure the server

Hi All

I have got problem in installing MS SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition
on Windows Server 2003 ... after completion of 99% of setup this error
was occured ... I don't know how to deal with thta .... I am new with
SQL server ... error log is given below ..... Please do help me ...
