Not until SP2 is available. But you can get the pre-release CTP version now.

First, does this newsgroup cover SQL Server Express? Couldn't find any
other one.

Can anyone point to any links related to compatibility of SQL Server
Express and Vista? As far as I can tell, they should be fully compatible.
