Actually the limit is 32k but you will run out of memory long before you get
that many databases or users.

Max db size 4 GB each]
2. It supports unlimited number of concurrent connections.
Even though it suppport many concutrent users and databases there is a
limitation of 1 GB RAM and 1 CPU.
