can't insatt using setup.exe

I have a windows xp pro version 5.1 sp2

I run the setup.exe and get this message:

"A strong SA password is required for security reasons. Please use SAPWD
switch to supply the same. Refer to the readme ...."

I don't see in the readme how to attach the switch to the setup.exe? -- if
that is what I am to do.

any help? suggestions?

thanks
