WMSDE & MSDE

My AV app uses MSDE to keep track of what PC has was sig file, I would like
to install WSUS on the same server but since it will install WMSDE I'm
wondering if the two will cause problems. Does anyone know anything about
this? Has anyone else done this before, or can you even have two apps that
run on MSDE on the same server?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
