Trusted Connection problems

Okay, I've got a SQL Server (MSDE) instance installed on a machine called
DEBRA-F -- I specified the sa password as localadmin -- easy enough.
At first, I couldn't connect to her machine FROM her machine, using the sa
login. So we had to login using the -E switch (ie, no username or password,
just use the NT login rights...I think that's what it means).
Then our sql guru ran some scripts, and I don't exactly know what those did.
However, now, from her machine she can get into sql server using the osql
utility.
Unfortunately, I can't get to her machine from MY machine, using the sa
account (or any account for that matter). I need to get there to do some
testing, and I've already got one other user setup and this work fine. He's
in Indiana and it works, her machine is down the hall and it doesn't work.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue? I've tried
the KB fix of editing the article where you edit the registry and change the
0 or 1 to 2 for the key of LoginMode. Article 285097 I think...
Thanks for any and all advice.
Matt
