MSDE 2000 on MS Server 2003

We have a MSDN subscription so I beleive we can
redistribute MSDE with our App., but can it be installed
on 2003 Server (or any MS Server?).

Apart from the limit of 25 connections and 2GB DB size
are there any other important restrictions?
