MSDE Alert Message not displaying by Event Log ?

    I have created an Alert Message in MSDE 2K,, installed on Windows XP and
    when I type Raiserror(14599,10,1), the message appears in Message Window of
    Query Analyzer, while I need to display it outside the Query Analyzer using
    Windows Messaging Service, how can I do so, and what am I missing ?

    Any example of T-sql will be appreciated.

    Further, can I display my table field data in above message, for example:
    Invoice No. FL/2345 does not exist!
