I always install MSDE using admin privileges, but what's important is to set
the SQL Server service's account to a Windows acclunt with enought
privileges for it's needs..
usually the setup set it to LocalSystem, which has admin privileges
by the way, it does not matter the account you are logged in, as MSDE runs
in it's separate permission account..
