sql2kdesksp3.exe includes both the full MSDE version and the service pack,
i.e. some files are includes twice. You can use it to upgrade pre SP3a
versions of MSDE 2000, upgrade MSDE 1.0 and install a completely new version
of MSDE 2000. MSDE Release A can only be used to install a new version of
MSDE, so it contains fewer files.
