Hi,

I recently installed MSDE 2000 Release A (SPa included) on my computer
as SQL Server and got it running. However, since I am using cuteSQL as an SQL client,
I always receive the error message "DB-Library error 10004" when one tries to
establish a connection to MS SQL.

What is wrong with the ntwdblib.dll network library? It seems that MSDE does
not listen to the clients with the same library. Please note that this library has
been put into the "system32" directory separately, since it has not been installed
during MSDE Server installation.

I would be grateful for any kind of help

Regards
Epaminondas
