sql server 2005 xa DTC_XA_START ERROR weblogic

I am using SQL Server JDBC Driver 1.2 with SQL Server 2005, weblogic 8.1.5.

I got these errors sometimes.

javax.transaction.xa.XAException: java.sql.SQLException:
