Re: connection timeouts



It sounds like it could be a few different things. A lot of it will come
down to what is going on with the SQL Server and/or the network. We
typically would look at PSSDiag results and/or a network trace if the
PSSDiag did not reveal anything at the time the error occured.

This does not sound like something that will be fixed over the newsgroups
and it may be worth calling into support to have us take a look at it.

Can you send the full error message and the driver version you are using?
Also, how random is random?
