I am having this exact same problem right now. I live in Sweden and can only
download the Swedish version no matter what language I select. I thought that
this was fixed?
I'm having problems with the driver (I get can't find class errors even
though the jar is in the classpath) and would like to try the english version
as I don't trust the swedish one.

corrected.
To download the v1.0 driver in all languages, see:

To download the v1.1 driver (currently available only in English), see:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6d483869-816a-44cb-9787-a866235efc7c&DisplayLang=en
Other language versions of the v1.1 driver should be available within the
next few months.

OK, we republished the v1.1 and will add back the v1.0 (with all the
localized versions) shortly.
Let me know if this works for you now.

I select the english download and accept the license agreement but
download.microsoft.com keeps downloading the file
sqljdbc_1.0.809.102_fra.exe.
and not the new version in ENGLISH : 1.1.1501_101
Is there a work around ?
Regards.
