I enocunter the same problem. I try to download the new version from germany
and it points me to the old _deu version...

How can I get the new version?

I select the english download and accept the license agreement but
download.microsoft.com keeps downloading the file
sqljdbc_1.0.809.102_fra.exe.
and not the new version in ENGLISH : 1.1.1501_101

Is there a work around ?
