I called Microsoft Support in the UK. Maybe they are not quite as up to

If you go to http://www.microsoft.com/services/microsoftservices/srv_support.mspx, you can call the 800 number to open up a Hotfix case. The Support
Engineer that you reach should be able to get you that hotfix.
