Sorry about the confusion. I am not sure why CSS wouldn't know about this hotfix since it has been released to the public.

If you go to http://www.microsoft.com/services/microsoftservices/srv_support.mspx, you can call the 800 number to open up a Hotfix case. The Support
Engineer that you reach should be able to get you that hotfix.
