JR,
Integrated security shipped in the beta but there were issues with the
existing implementation that caused us to pull it from v1.0. We are working
on rewriting this feature from scratch as one of our top priorities for
v1.1. We are targetting V1.1 to ship "within a reasonable window" of Sql
Server 2005 SP1.

The docs have this to say about Integrated Security
integratedSecurity boolean
["true"|"false"] false
Only the value "false" is currently supported. If set to "true," an
exception will occur.
Is this really true? This seems like a very basic requirement of a jdbc
driver on Sql Server. Doesn't beta mean "feature complete"?
Anyone know if it will be in the release version of the driver?
