Is there a way to get the Index keywords list?

here is what i need to do

Our database contains a relative small amount of documents so we need
an application that shows All the index keywords sorted by index
frequency in ListBox. The user selected one or many keywords from the
ListBox
then launch the 'Contains' search.

If i can't do this, It is a show stopper for me! so i will have find
an other full text search engine that can do this.
