Full Text search for 'C#' and 'C++'

Hi,

I am using SQLServer 2000. When i searched for 'C#' or 'C++'
Ex:
CONTAINS(Table.*, '"C#"')

getting results that does not have 'C#' or 'C++'.

Any help?
