Oleg,
I've reviewed my past fulltext newsgroup postings in regards to this error
(The parameter is incorrect) from sp_fulltext_database, and it is a serious
error that in the past required either the re-installation of the FTS
components or possibly re-installing SQL Server. In the past, I've
recommend that you place a support call to Microsoft's PSS SQL Server
support and open a case with them as they will have extended debugging
procedures for SQL FTS, so that the real issue on this server can be
identified and fixed.
If you do open a support case with Microsoft PSS SQL Server support and they
provide you with an answer to this issue, please let us know so we can
correctly advise others who may encounter this error!
