It's a SBS 2003 system

The Administrator account is a sysadmin and have all the access to all the
database.
I don't see any login error in the event log
It's not a cluster, it's a simple server.

thanks for the KB articles, but I can't found any documentation about my
C000005 error and I've no other errors code.

I'll reapply the SP3 today.
