I have a Package that I run on a remote server ( Win2k3, MSDE2000+SP3a) using the DTSRUN command on that server. It is a simple script that connects to the data base and sends out emails. I used to be able to execute this Package inside of the Enterprise Manager (EM). I cannot pinpoint exactly when, but at some point along the way I made a change to the server either with hotfixes or a ICF change, but I could no longer use EM to execute the Package. I tried changing the connection string etc. I don't have the expertise to dbug this, so I am hoping someone here can help. I execute the Package now by running the DTSRUN command.

Does anyone know why this would break and what debug steps can I use to try and fix this problem?
