SP4 of what?

I am not sure about the setup of the package though?

You have DTS installed where? DTS is a client tool
The server is remote to you?
You pick the package up from that server? Remember the package will be
executing on your box.

Are you executing this manually or in a job?
Do you have logging in the package enabled? the job?

Is it you simply call the package through VB Code?
How?
