Yes, but not necessarily "all objects". Use OLE DB to connect to Oracle.
Some objects don't translate well, there are data type issues, and some
stored procedures are not going to be compatible with SQL Server.

I know the people at DBBest have tools and expertise migrating from Oracle
to SQL Server:
