Lost permission after restore of MSDB

Hi,

We restored several db's, including msdb and master, and now some users no longer have permission to run some DTS packages and backup jobs. We use Windows authentication and the login is a member of administrator group on the server.
Anyone have any idea why and what to do about it? I ran sp_change_users_login whith no reported users.
