I can only presume that this is like the issues with MDAC. If a user with
an Upstream version of MDAC saves a package then the properties of his/her
MDAC release are saved within also. A person coming along to execute the
package with a lower version of MDAC may experience problems because the
upstream version has properties not available in the lower version.
