Title: Database Application Developer

Experience and Qualifications Required:
* 5 to 8 years experience in Application Software Development
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-tier environment, including but not limited to integration of middleware, network management, information security, data architecture, database management.
* Experienced in both front-end web application and middle-tier development
* Experience in dotNET development: C#. VB.net, ASP.net, Visual Studio tools sets.
* Experience with Data Warehouse techniques and practices
* Experienced with HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSL, RDBMS, AJAX
* Microsoft SSAS and SSRS
* Experience in creating and implementing SQL queries including TSQL and MDX.
* Experience in batch processing development.
* Follow best practices * SDLC and proper documentation processes.
Education and Skills:
* Bachelors Degree Computer science, MIS, IT, or related Technology or Engineering discipline.
* Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills.
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
* Strong organization skills - ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proven ability, as evidenced by past work experience, to work well in both a team and as an individual
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong people skills across all levels of management and staff.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines as assigned by management teams
* Ability to see the big picture and be effective in a changing dynamic environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Define, design, and implement, multi-tier object-oriented distributed software applications.
* Create efficient, scalable, reusable middle tier logic using dotNET technologies
* Create intuitive, logical and dynamic user data interfaces
* Assist in technical peer code reviews to identify performance issues or enhancements.
* Develop software according to functional and technical design specifications
* Research new technologies that enhance the capabilities of the design and provide insight on how best to apply them to our software.
* Optimize software application design to ensure high-availability.
* Utilize Agile development approach
* Develop detailed designs, including object models, database schemas, and interaction diagrams
* Deploy software for release into the production environment.
* Participate in production support and maintenance issues
* Troubleshoot application issues and find and develop resolutions.
