Reg. Non Additive fact table design

I have to design a non additive fact table.
The following is the hierarchy
Project -> SubProj ->Plan -> Phase -> WorkFlow

Now I will be calcurating measures like EV,SV and LF
All the Metrics are non-Additive and i have to use the formula to
calculate the data in each level.

How can i design my Fact table so that i will be able to get the
metrics value at all the levels from the same table.

Thanks,
Saran
