Custom report from SBS2003 SBSMonitoring database

Hello,
Does anyone know how to create and run a SQL query that will extract
specific performance data from the SBS 2003 monitoring database
(SBSMonitoring.mdf)?
What I'm hoping to do is generate a custom report showing how the processor
and memory resource usage has grown for particular processes (i.e.
store.exe) over a 6 month period. I'm not sure that the database keeps
information going that far back, but its over 400MB so there must be
something in there.
