It looks like you're running a US-English Analysis Server on a Chinese
machine without the Chinese localized resources for error messages (should
be under "\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\MSSQL.3\OLAP\bin\Resources\2052\msmdsrv.rll"). In addition, you need
to have the Chinese install of the server to get correct localized event log
messages. You can try changing the locale settings on the machine to
US-English to see the English text for the event log message.
It's likely that the event log text indicates that your plug-in wasn't
loaded correctly, which is the reason the algorithm doesn't show up in the
algorithm list in the wizard. Please make sure you go over step 5 again and
verify that you edited the configuration entries as described.
