I don't think the dependency net is a redistributable component in the
license terms. You could, however, build your own from the CONTENT schema
rowset of the model. The FAQ
(http://groups.msn.com/AnalysisServicesDataMining/faq.msnw) has an item
explaining how a dependency net is created.
