Re: I have dysfunction in SQL Server 2008 Express

I installed SQL Server 2008 Express. And it can only read data from my database it cannot update or delete.
I used examples from books and they don't work. It can work only fully functionally with Northwind in MS LINQ Examples.

We're going to need a lot more information to help you. Your question is like asking a Veterinarian "What's wrong with my cat?" when you left the cat in the street where it was hit by a car.
How are you trying to change the data? Have you connected to the database? Do you have rights to the database table? What code are you using to change it? What have you tried so far to solve the problem?

I have dysfunction in SQL Server 2008 Express
I'm sorry to bother you, but I have no one else to ask. I installed on my computer C# 2008 Express and SQL Server 2008 Express. And I cannot change values in database tables. Not through dataset not through LINQ. What to do? Thanks in advance, Sergey Topychkanov
