Installation related

I have SQL Server 2000 installed my system and have all the business objects. The database objects are accessed by two different business applications. My objective is to uninstall the set up from existing location (C drive) to a new location, say D drive.
My questions:
1) When I install it to a new location, how can I have all the database objects here also?
2) How can I make sure that when I install it to a new location, the business applications would still be able to access the database objects?

Please help me out. Thnx in advance
