Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

hi
if u have remote connection (provider: Named Pipes Provider error: 40)
then apply this solution and i essure u that ur problem will be short
out.

1. Install SQL Server 2005 and open "Database Engine Tuning Advisor"
which comes under the Performance Tool of Microsoft Sql Server 2005. A
dialog box (connect to Server)will be open. Click on Server name Combo
button and <choose browser for more.....> option, click on Database
Engine and select what ever written in that box & click ok.

2. Again copy Server name and close the box.

3.Open Server Explorer with the help of View menu in Visual Studio .net
2005 and Right click on Data Connection and select Create New Sql Server
Database.

4. last but not least first choose sql Server, Paste Server Name here on
server name combo box and write some new database name to create table
and click on ok button.

plz try it, if u again have remote connection problem then tell me i
will try to solve it best at my level.
