I have SQL/Server Express set up on two machines. I turned on all the
protocols for each. I started the server browser task on each. I opened
ports 1433 and 1434 on both firewalls. I can sometimes find the servers when
I browse. I just can't logon from either. I've tried logging on as 'sa',
I've set up windows user accounts, sql server id's will all the rights
possible. Nothing works.

This seems like a pretty simple process. Seems amazing that its actually so
hard to complete.

Oh, and I get a warning dialog when I start Managment Studio Express - with
no text! Just blank.
