I am not a SQL person but was asked to work on it. The problem I am having
is that I cannot connect to the SQL Server unless the old computer is
running. I have transferred all the settings and files to the new
computer
and am able to run the sqlomgr.exe. But it will not stay active when the
old
computer is shut down. Both the old and the new computer is running
Windows
XP Professional. There is only one application which uses the SQL Server.
What else is missing so that I can run the SQL from the new computer only.
