Browser service won't bind to LAN port

Hi,

I''m really tearing my hair out here with something I've been working
on for a couple of days now. ... :(

I have a Server 2003 with SQLServer 2005. I need to allow the access to
Browser services from on my LAN. (NIC IP 10.0.0.3). Try as I might, I
can't persuade the browser to bind to UDP 1434 on anything other than
127.0.0.1

If it makes any difference I do have MS ProjectServer installed (which
seems to work fine and gave no errors during install).

I've been googling like a donkey on drugs but I guess I could have
missed something.

TIA

Mark
