SQL2K-Win2K3sp1-Domain controller

Resending with more info... If the server is a Domain controller, I don't
have the below problems, but I don't want it a DC.

---------
I have a bunch of SQL 2K servers that can see each other fine and can
connect to each other.

I have 2 SQL 2K servers on Win2K3sp1 and everyone can see each other except
these 2 can't see each other and the other SQL2K servers across the WAN
can't see each other. I can force a connection, but the green light doesn't
appear by default.

If the green light doesn't appear, replication doesn't work.

Yes, I do have domain\sqlsvr setup as an administrator of the win2K3sp1 SQL
server machine.

Help please...
