Can't see green arrow

Ok here goes. Software SQL 2000 SP4, Windows 2003 R2

I have 2 domains connected via a VPN. I currently have 2 servers in domain
A and 2 servers in domain B. They can see each other fine and replicate
between one another. I have just built 2 servers on each domain but the
green arrow doesn't appear. I can register the servers fine and connect to
them fine. I have checked DNS, WINS and telnet in the respective server on
port 1433. This happened before and we had to recreate DNS. Well it
didn't work this time.

What else am I missing?

Thanks
Mike
