Hi,
The Domain OS user you have logged in may not be in Administrator group of
SQL Server machine. If you are the admin you could open
the enterprisemanager -- security-- add the Login (Domain OS userin windows
authentication and try connecting/registering.
Thanks

Hi All,
My issue like that....
I have SQL Server 2000 enterprise edition installed as named instance. I
have configured mixed mode authentication also. But the problem is whne i
try
to register my sql server usuing windows authentication i get the
following
error message " Login failed for user '(null)' Not associated with a
trusted
SQL Server connection".
But i am able to register server with sql authentication . I actually
registered with "sa" account. No issues.
Any one kindly give some solution or any kb article for reference.
Thanks
