SQL Server 2k connect error - local

Hi,

We have twoWin2k3 Svr with SQL 2ksp3a. Now when I try to run locally from
SvrA Ent. Manager:
"A connection could not be established to (local). Reason: Specified driver
could not be loaded due
to system error 126 (SQL Server).". Also when I try to run locally SQL Query
Analyzer: "Unable to
connect to server. Server: Msg 160, Level 16, State 1.". And from SvrB
remotely I can work with SvrA
- I can run Ent. Manager and Query Analyzer. I tried to reinstall sp3a, but
setup failed - can't authenticates.
I used Windows authentication, then SQL authentication - no result.

How to fix this problem?

Thanks,
Dimitar
