Sophie,
I tried this today by changing the SQLSERVER services account from
Local/System to the Domain Admin and created a shared directory on my
personal system giving Everyone full control through both the share
permissions and file permissions. I tried using both SA and Windows
Auth. through the Query Analyzer and I was receiving 7303 errors in both
circumstances when attempting to access the tables using the OPENQUERY
statements.
