When trying to connect to 2 of my SQL Servers I am getting General Network
Error. I have run Portqry against both of my servers and they both return
that ms-sql-s Sevice is listening on port 1433. When I try running ODBCPing
I get the following results:

COULD NOT CONNECT TO SQL SERVER

SQLState: 08S01 Native Error: 11
Info. Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]General
network error. Check your network documentation.

SQLState: 01000 Native Error: 10054
Info. Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP
Sockets]ConnectionWrite (send()).

Any advise to get around this issue would be appreciated.
