Hi Lou,
   I'm not an expert in Access. This is a SQL Connectivity Discussion
list. The problem you're describing is not Connectivity related, rather,
how to do this from MS Access GUI.

   In MS Access 2003 there is a Wizard to create a New SQL Database with
adp Projects. I'm not sure this wizard exists in earlier versions of MS
Access..

  I'd imagine if you can write a query in Access to create a database in
SQL while connected to master, this would work. Afterwards, you'd have to
link to the new database you've just created. This is why i suggested just
using OSQL to create the database first.
