In the current version of the Product we bind to all IP's on the machine.
There's not a way to configure the server to only
listen on 1 of the 2 ip addresses. The next major release, could have this
feature.

Both the SQL Errorlog and Application log should show that the server is
listening on both.
also, running netstat -an or netstat -a should show this as well.
