Hi,

Did you changed the MSSQL server service startup account password, In that
case SQL server will not start.

How to change the password:-

1. Control Panel - Admin tools -- Services
2. Double click above the MSSQL Server service
3. In the Log on tab, change the password, Click ok and restart the
service.

Note:
Do the same for SQL Agent service.
