SQL Server 2000 IP address and subnet change

I have to move a SQL Server 2000 active/passive cluster from one subnet to
another in the same domain. I've read the relevant Q244980 and Q230356
articles but still want to be sure that I am doing this correctly as I do not
find the articles to be completely clear.
Our cluster has two nodes, each with one public and one private adapter. As
well as the virtual SQL instance's IP address there is a cluster group for
MSDTC which also has an address.
Is it simply a matter of changing the IP and subnet masks for each nodes
public adaper and then going into cluster administrator (assume that I can
connect to ".") and changing the Cluster , SQL instance and MSDTC's IP and
subnet mask ?
Sincerely
Tony Dawson
